Arrotop is a recognized manufacturer and supplier of Double Block & Bleed (DBB) Gauge Manifold Valves, engineered for high-integrity pressure isolation and safe venting in critical process applications. These valves are ideal for connecting gauges, transmitters, and pressure switches in systems where zero leakage and operational safety are essential.
Our DBB gauge valves combine two isolation valves and one bleed valve in a single compact body, making them suitable for applications where instrument maintenance or calibration must be performed without halting system operations.

What is a Double Block & Bleed Gauge Valve?
A Double Block & Bleed (DBB) Gauge Valve features two isolation (block) valves in series and a bleed valve between them. This configuration ensures redundant isolation and provides a safe way to release trapped pressure, verify zero leakage, and safely remove or calibrate instruments.
The valve design enhances operational safety, particularly in high-pressure and hazardous environments, while minimizing installation space and leak paths.
Key Features
- Three-valve configuration: 2 block valves + 1 bleed valve
