The fittings are manufactured from Duplex Stainless Steel UNS S31803 (DIN 1.4462) and UNS S32205, commonly known as Duplex 2205, which offers an excellent balance of corrosion resistance, toughness and mechanical strength. These grades perform exceptionally well in chloride-rich environments where conventional stainless steel may be susceptible to localised corrosion. Their duplex microstructure provides higher yield strength while maintaining good weldability and fabrication characteristics.

Our Duplex Steel Instrumentation Tube Fittings are manufactured in accordance with internationally recognised standards including DIN 2353, ISO 8434-1, ASTM A182 and ASTM A276. Depending on the fitting type and tube size, they are suitable for working pressures up to 6000 PSI and are available in imperial tube sizes from 1/8″ to 1″, as well as metric sizes ranging from 6 mm to 25 mm.
